NEW YORK, Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today increased the quarterly cash dividend to $.135 (thirteen and one half cents) per share, from $.125 (twelve and one half cents). The new dividend will be paid on September 14, 2001 to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2001.
